FAQ
Admission Guidelines
Q: Is the venue insured?
A: Yes, we have public liability insurance.
Q: Is there an age limit? What is the minimum age?
A: No. But realistically we recommend participants older than 6 years old. Children under 6 may still join with a parent accompanying them throughout the game.
Q: Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
A: Please avoid skirts, slippers, or wearing sharp accessories. Devices like loose wristbands (e.g., Xiaomi bands or watches) should not be worn inside the game area, as they may fall off. We recommend wearing comfortable, active clothing and athletic shoes.
Q: Where can I store my belongings? Do you have lockers?
A: We are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Lockers are available and require a NT$10 coin. We recommend storing only valuables inside. Large bags and jackets can be placed in the rest area.
Q: If I arrive early, can I enter the venue in advance?
A: You may enter the venue 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled session to wait. Since the previous group is still using the venue, we kindly ask you to wait nearby for a little while. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Q: What if I’m late?
A: Our venue operates on a reservation basis. Your session starts at the scheduled time, including check-in, payment, and mission briefing. Latecomers can join the group after arrival, but the fee remains the same. No discounts will be given for late arrivals. The start and end time of your session will follow what’s stated in your confirmation email. If there is another group scheduled afterward, we will not be able to extend your time to avoid affecting others.
Q: How many people can the venue accommodate?
A: Our indoor space can accommodate up to 90 people. For each game session, a maximum of 26 participants can play at the same time.
Q: Do you provide food? Can we bring our own?
A: We do not provide food, and outside food is not allowed unless you have booked an exclusive session (full venue rental), in which case you may bring your own food.
Q: Are you open during typhoons?
A: We’ll decide whether to open based on the day’s weather, so please keep an eye on our social media for updates.
Q: Do you offer parking?
A: We do not have our own parking lot. However, paid parking is available nearby. Please check our website for details and parking locations.
Q: What’s the general flow of the activity? Will there be a staff member to guide us?
A: Our coach will first guide you to your designated rest area. Once you’re settled, they’ll go over the venue layout, safety rules, how to use the equipment, and explain your first mission. After that, we’ll arrange the order in which groups enter the game zone. Don’t worry — our coach will stay with your group the whole time to make sure everything runs smoothly.Game rounds will depend on the package you choose and the length of your session.
Q: Will it just be our group inside the game area, or will there be other people?
A: Not at all! Your group will have exclusive use of the game area during your session (unless you’re in a Happy hour package). This ensures your experience won’t be affected by other teams. Please note, though, that the rest area is a shared space and may be used by other guests.
Q: Does the briefing time count as part of our game time?
A: Yes, the initial safety briefing takes about 10–15 minutes and is included in your reserved session time. Game intervals depend on your group’s pace (e.g., rest breaks, smoke breaks, etc.). As long as your team arrives on time for the briefing and follows our schedule, we’ll ensure you get the full number of games included in your package.
Q: Do we need to wear special gear? Are there extra fees for the equipment? Is the laser harmful to the eyes?
A: You’ll wear a simple laser-sensor vest with two front buckles — easy to put on. No extra fees are required unless equipment is damaged due to misuse or if you request overtime. And don’t worry — our laser is a safe Class II beam, completely safe for healthy participants.
